Remember Turok 1 for the PS1 and N64? This sounds along the lines of that kind of structuring music-wise with a heavier tech-focus to it. Were you using AlterEgo for the backing voice-pad? It sounds very familiar ( + it accompanied the track pretty well).

Already voted + Favourite earlier haha. Lets see how many people will comment on the piece now!

DESHIEL responds:

Yes. AlterEgo is now my go-to for vocals :)

That's not enough. At least 2k man.

This slightly reminds me of Comaduster's work. This piece you've done reminds me of a brilliant mixture of Ambience, Glitch, Noise, Industrial and a pinch of IDM mixed in to complete the formula. I'm especially fond of the rising vocal pads and the metal-textured percussive's between the various supporting tonal's.

With some soft, ominous clean vocal-work over the top of this, I personally think you could even go with this kind of style live in front of a eager crowd.

Straight into the favourites list this goes, 5/5 job sir!

Anchorwind responds:

Why, thank you.
Genres - I have been known for genre-hopping / fusion pieces for some time now, no? I think i would arch an eyebrow or two if an Anchorwind track was ever a straight genre-loyal piece.

Pads and Textures - Been working on that lately. I've been so percussive heavy for so long, was trying a different approach. Glad you like it.

Vocals - Try a recent work "Lament of Time." You may enjoy. It is already one of my most popular in the normal circuits.

Favourites - Thanks!

Perhaps it's time to have a Lich marathon.

Your signing is at the kind of quality I would expect from a Kontakt pack by 8DIO or Sonokinetic, it's damn awesome! Have you ever thought of collaborating with a Kontakt Scripter and creating a Library with your vocal samples in for profit?

Troisnyx responds:

I hadn't thought of it until you brought it up; sounds like fun -- still, it'd be something to consider after this whole case is settled. Glad you like it, meep!

I'm getting some Futurepop vibes from listening to this piece with the selected synth-patch design giving it a futuristic tone and your voice carrying the loop forwards with an ethereal quality. I would love to hear some more submissions along the lines of this track from you!

I'm feeling it. Cooking dinner with this playing makes everything much better. Awesomeeee

AliceMako responds:

Two of your favourite things perhaps? Glad you enjoyed.
